Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
AubeLune currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are:
- Domestic (within the country): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes. AubeLune is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be advised that you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. AubeLune has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available to sign, inaccessible location), they will typically leave a notice with instructions. Packages that remain unclaimed and are returned to us will be considered a refused delivery. In such cases, we will contact you via email. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a fee may be applied for re-shipping or processing a refund.
